Avatar - Na'v Weapon

A very early weapon concept for Avatar, modelled off my love of stone knapped weapons which I would find on the local beaches here in NZ.
At this stage we did not realise that the Na'v were only three fingered, hence the more human hand design. This design was not approved, but fellow Wētā concept artist Aaron Beck really liked it and asked to use it as a necklace for Mo'at. Thanks to Aaron's cool repurposing it made it into the film.
